یکی از آرمان های بابه بزرگ ما مزاری این بود که هزاره های جهان متحد شوید، این رویای بابه به حقیقت پیوست و در این روز هزاره های جهان ثابت ساختند که ما متحد شده ایم. <br class='autobr' /> از روز جهانی مردم هزاره در ولایت بامیان باستان که یکی از سرزمین های تاریخی هزاره و مرکز فرهنگی و سیاسی آنان می باشد، با حضور هزاران شهروند بامیانی تجلیل به عمل امد.<br class='autobr' /> این محفل بزرگ میزبان صحبت ها و پیامهای شخصیت های هزاره بود: <br /><span class="spip-puce rtl"><b>–</b></span> سرور جوادی: وکیل اسبق مردم در شورای ملی، وی در رابطه به قیام ابراهیم خان گاو سوار و خدمات شهید بلخی صحبتهای را ایراد نمود. <br /><span class="spip-puce rtl"><b>–</b></span> موسی شفق قومیاری استاد دانشگاه در رابطه با همگرایی هزاره ها صحبت نمود و گفت که همگرایی درونی هزاره ها به معنی قوم گرایی نیست. <br /><span class="spip-puce rtl"><b>–</b></span> شکریه ندا یکی از فعالان مدنی درباره جایگاه رفیع و حیاتی کاتب هزاره در روایت محرومیت تاریخی هزاره ها صحبت های مفصلی را بیان داشت. <br /><span class="spip-puce rtl"><b>–</b></span> احمد بهزاد وکیل مردم در شورای ملی: وی طی تماس تلفنی بیانات خویش را با مردمش در قدمگاه مزاری بزرگ ایراد نمود. وی گفت که هزاره ها، هزاره دیروز نیست، و فردا نباید هزاره امروز باشد. هزاره ها شورای جهانی را جهت رسیدگی به امورات سیاسی و اجتماعی شان تشکیل دهند. <br /><span class="spip-puce rtl"><b>–</b></span> زمان دهقانزاده یکی از شخصیت های سیاسی هزاره های کویته طی پیام صوتی بر همبستگی هزاره تاکید نموده و گفت که ریشه ما هزارستان است و هزاره های خارج نباید پیوند شان را با هزارستان قطع کنند و اگر چنین شد محکوم به نابودی خواهند بود. <br /><span class="spip-puce rtl"><b>–</b></span> <a href="http://www.kabulpress.org/my/spip.php?article175976" class="spip_out" rel="external">کامران میرهزار</a> یکی از شخصیت های جهانی هزاره ها و کسی که نظر بیش از صد شاعر مشهور جهان را معطوف به وضعیت سیاسی و تاریخی هزاره ها نموده و مجموعه شعر شاعران جهان برای مردم هزاره را به چندین زبان زنده جهان جمع آوری نموده نیز طی پیامی به اتحاد و بیداری هزاره تاکید نموده بود.</p> <p>استاد یعقوب یسنا استاد دانشگاه طی تماس تلفنی در رابطه با ایجاد یک کنگره ای جهانی هزاره ها تاکید نمود. وی اظهار داشت که بخاطر رسیدگی به مسایل سیاسی و اجتماعی هزاره ها یک کنگره ای جهانی ایجاد شود که در آن نماینده هایی از فرقه های مختلف مذهبی مردم هزاره از سراسر جهان شامل باشد و سالانه مسایل مختلف مربوط به هزاره ها را در سطح جهان بررسی نمایند.<br class='autobr' /> گروه سرود انجمن زنان بامیان سرود زیبای را تحت عنوان "متحد شویم" اجرا نمودند که با استقبال گرم اشتراک کنندگان قرار گرفت.</p> <p> در آخر جواد صادع یکی از جوانان هزارستان از تمام حضار خواست که به هر گونه تبعض و نابرابری اجتماعی نه اجتماعی، بیش از 71 نفر اعتصاب غذایی کرده اند که متأسفانه، نه تنها آنها از سمت شان کناره گیری نکرده اند بلکه شما و وزارت تحت امرتان نیز با بی توجهی و سهل انگاری از کنار این قضیه رد شده اید. درحالیکه توجه به خواستهای محصلینی که مدنی ترین و دموکراتیک ترین شیوه را برای بیان اعتراض شان در پیش گرفته اند، یک وجیبه‌ی وجدانی، ایمانی، و وظیفوی شما بود.</p> <div class='spip_document_18705 spip_document برای احترام به حیات و زنده گی 71 نفر اعتصاب کننده، سفرتان را لغو می کردید و دوباره به کابل برمی گشتید. که بازهم با ناامیدی و حیرت تمام دیدیم که شما کمترین توجهی به این مسئله نشان ندادید و دست روی دست گذاشتید. در صورتیکه، آوردن اصلاحات درنظام تحصیلی ونهادهای علمی کشور، خواست تمام محصلین افغانستان است و هر انسان درد دیده و دلسوز این وطن می خواهد که مراکز آکادمیک به فساد آغشته نگردد و به مرکزی برای خواهان آوردن اصلاحات درنهادهای علمی، به ویژه درپوهنتون ها هستیم، ضمن حمایت از حرکت مدنی و دموکراتیک محصلین علوم اجتماعی، موارد ذیل را به شما یادآور می شویم:</p> <p>1- همانطور که شما نیز می دانید، درنظام دموکراسی، کشمکش ها با مراجعه به آرای مردم حل و فصل می شود و حرکت های اصلاح طلبانه نیز به شکل مدنی و صلح آمیز سامان داده می شود. محصلین پوهنحی علوم اجتماعی نیز با درنظرداشت تمام موازین دموکراسی و حقوق شهروندی خود، از آرام ترین شیوه برای بلندکردن صدای شان استفاده کرده اند که به جای توجه به خواست های آنها، بدبختانه، مقامات وزارت تحصیلات عالی با بی توجهی کامل از کنار این قضیه گذشته اند. به دلیل همین بی توجهی شما اکنون حیات محصلین این پوهنحی به خطر افتاده است که باعث رنجش هروجدان بیدار این کشور شده است.</p> <p>2- خواست های را که محصلین پوهنحی علوم اجتماعی مطرح کرده اند، مشروع، برحق و برخواسته از حس شایسته سالاری و دلسوزی آنهاست و لازم است که شما برای برآورده شدن خواست های این محصلین، تدابیری مشخصی را روی دست بگیرید.</p> <div class='spip_document_18707 spip_document spip_documents دهیم درصورتیکه شما شخصاً برای حل این معضل اقدام نکنید، محصلین پوهنحی های دیگر نیز برای حمایت از صدای اصلاح طلبانه و عدالت خواهانه آنها به پا می خیزند.<br class='autobr' /> لازم است بدانید که که بی
